It is very busy at the carriers due to the corona measures. Some parcels (national and international) take longer to be delivered. PostNL (our carrier) does its best to deliver everything as quickly as possible.
Standard delivery
Small items such as keyrings are sent in a bubble envelope by letter post. This is standard without Track and Trace and at your own risk. Do you want to track your order? Choose the option 'PostNL Package'.
We ship larger items in a package so you can track them with a Track & Trace code. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the Track and Trace code. From that moment on, you can follow your shipment. Orders placed before 12:00 (CET, UTC+1) will be shipped the same day.
Packaging and transport safety is a high priority for us. Check the delivery on transport damage and contact us immediately!
Orders over € 50.00 (including VAT) are shipped free of charge to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the UK.
